Shipping policy

We strive to ensure your hand-picked jewellery reaches you safely and promptly. We offer next day shipping with Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK, fully insured, with a 1-2 business day service. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please note that if your item requires any alteration, this typically takes between 1-2 weeks and is all done on site.

Customs

Please check the customs policies for your own country as you will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs or postal/delivery system but we do promise to do our best to keep customs charges to a minimum

We also offer international shipping, we use DHL Express Worldwide, UPS and FedEx.
